All merchandise available on PromOutfitters.com is subject to change. Merchandise shown on our website is in stock and ready to ship, unless specified as a pre-order or special order item. All pre-order and special order items will have an approximate shipping date listed. When placing your order, you will be required to enter a wear date. If for any reason an item will not be able to ship by the time specified on your wear date, a full refund will be issued shortly after the ordered is placed and you will be informed about product unavailability.

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal. For all non-U.S. orders (International orders), we only accept payments through PayPal. You will be charged via your payment method as soon as placing your order on our site.
Excluding special sale events, coupons and temporary price reductions, we offer a one time price adjustment on items purchased up to 14 days before the item goes on sale.
Please note that, in order for an item to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style, color and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request.

All orders shipped outside of the New York City and state are not subject to any sales tax. Orders shipped to NYC and NY State are subject to the New York sales tax. All orders over $110.00 are subject to a 8.875% New York City and state sales tax.

Due to our commitment to great costumer service, all orders placed on PromOutfitters.com are processed and shipped the same day; therefore we do not allow cancellation on any orders. Please see our return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

For all orders shipped outside of the U.S. territory, you should consult the customs legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees, and shipment delays due to customs if any.
Our shipping fees do not include duty fees and brokerage fees. Please consult the customs legislation before placing your order. All orders shipped outside of U.S. territory are final sales and are not subject to return or exchange.
