All merchandise available on is subject to change. Merchandise shown on our website is in stock and ready to ship, unless specified as a pre-order or special order item. All pre-order and special order items will have an approximate shipping date listed. When placing your order, you will be required to enter a wear date. If for any reason an item will not be able to ship by the time specified on your wear date, a full refund will be issued shortly after the ordered is placed and you will be informed about product unavailability.

Price protection

Excluding special sale events, coupons and temporary price reductions, we offer a one time price adjustment on items purchased up to 14 days before the item goes on sale.

Please note that, in order for an item to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style, color and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request.

Sales tax

All orders shipped outside of the New York City and state are not subject to any sales tax. Orders shipped to NYC and NY State are subject to the New York sales tax. All orders over $110.00 are subject to a 8.875% New York City and state sales tax.

Due to our commitment to great costumer service, all orders placed on are processed and shipped the same day; therefore we do not allow cancellation on any orders. Please see our return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

For all orders shipped outside of the U.S. territory, you should consult the customs legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees, and shipment delays due to customs if any.

Our shipping fees do not include duty fees and brokerage fees. Please consult the customs legislation before placing your order.
All orders shipped outside of U.S. territory are final sales and are not subject to return or exchange.

Costumers are responsible for duty fees and brokerage fees if any apply. If fees are not paid, your order will be banded by the shipping carrier used and will not be returned to is not responsible for undelivered orders due to a nonpayment of duty fees and brokerage fees, and you will not be refunded.

Return Policy on all US Orders

You may return any full price item(s) within 3 Days* of the arrival of your order for a full refund of the price of the item(s) that are being returned. You may return any sale price item(s) within 3 Days* of the arrival of your order for a store credit only, No refund will be issued for any sale items(s) that are being returned.

- All refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used to place your order.
- All refunds will take 5-10 business days to process and issue to your form of payment.

To return your order, you MUST call us within 3 DAYS of the arrival of your order to receive a return authorization, and a pre-paid return shipping label.

All returns must be shipped back using our pre-paid return shipping label (NO returns will be accepted without our pre-paid return shipping label). The use of our return shipping label is FREE of charge.

- When returning your item, carefully pack the item you wish to return and send it back to us, please write your order number on the outside of the box. Make sure to include your order identification number; if there are multiple items on your order, please detail which one you are returning to us.

Please note: No returns will be accepted past the wear date even if you are within our 3 days return policy guideline. We currently do not offer returns on any international orders.

- Item(s) must not be worn, altered, or washed and must be accompanied with all original tags.
- Footwear must be returned in its original condition and original box.
- We inspect all of our products before they leave our warehouse to make sure they are in mint condition.
- We do not accept items that are returned without original tags, any sort of pulls or snags on the fabric, missing stones or beads, or if they smell as if they have been worn.
- We will not accept any items with obvious signs of wear.
- Any item returned to us that does not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer’s address.

Due to high shipping costs and custom charges all international orders are final, no exchange, no returns. No exceptions!
