Q: Are all of the dresses on your site authentic brand names?

A: Absolutely! We are an Authorized Retailer of every designer we carry and we even offer an Authenticity Guarantee for your shopping security.

 

Q: How can I be sure I am buying the right size?

A: We suggest that you have your bust, waist and hips measured then view the size chart for the particular dress you are interested in. Sizing does vary by designer and style, so it is important to check each size chart for each dress you are looking at. If you are in between sizes, it is a good idea to buy the larger size and having it altered to fit your dimensions.

 

Q: According to the size chart, I am a different size than I usually wear? Is there a mistake?

A: Dresses are sized differently than regular clothing, and often are sized differently than each other. For this reason, it is best to shop by your measurements, and not your average size.

 

Q: What is the length of my dress?

A: Full length gowns usually measure 55-60” inches (140-152cm) from the collarbone to the hem. Short dresses usually measure from 27-32” inches (68-80cm). For the exact length of a particular dress, please contact us.

 

Q: How do I know what the dress is made of?

A: See the dress’s description for the type of fabric and composition. If it is not listed, please contact us and we will find out for you.

 

Q: Do the dresses come with shawls?

A: Most evening dresses come with a matching shawl, sometimes sheer and sometimes opaque. If you’re interested in a particular style, please contact us for more information.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return* within 48 hours of the arrival of your order by choosing one of the following options:

Return for store credit in the full amount of your order.

Return for a refund in the same form of payment minus 30% for restocking fees, processing fees and shipping fees.

*We inspect all of our products before they leave our warehouse to make sure they are in mint condition. We do not accept items that are returned without original tags, any sort of pulls or snags on the fabric, missing stones or beads, or if they smell as if they have been worn. Any item returned to us that does not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer’s address.

Q: Do you allow order cancellations?

A: Due to our commitment to great customer service, all of our orders are processed the same day; therefore we do not allow cancellations on any orders. See our return and replacement policy if you are not happy with your purchase.

 

 

Q: I changed my mind, can I exchange my dress for something else on your site?

A: We offer free exchanges within 48 hours of the arrival of your order. We provide a pre-paid UPS return label with each shipment, just carefully* pack the item you wish to exchange and place the label on the box. Please include your order identification number; if there are multiple items on your order, please detail which one you are returning to us.

Q: How do I know if my dress is available right away?

A: Most of the dresses on our site are available to ship right away, or very soon. The dress availability and ship date is listed on the page and depends on the size and color you require. If you would like more information on a particular dress, please contact us.

 

Q: What is a Special Order?

A: These products need to be specially ordered and may take up to 12 weeks to ship out, although we strongly suggest you contact us to find out their availability as they may be available sooner.

 

Q: What is a Pre Order?

A: For these items we need to first contact our designer’s warehouse to check availability. Most of these items are usually in stock with our designers, and they typically take 7 days for us to ship to you.

 

 

Q: How long does it take for my dress to arrive once it leaves your warehouse?

A: We offer free shipping with UPS ground service, which typically takes between 1-5 business days to reach you. You can track your order on our website.

 

 

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: You may pay for upgraded UPS shipping. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select is available for your convenience. All orders placed before 2pm are processed the same day. Please note that it is UPS’s policy to not deliver expedited packages to a PO Box address. F

 

Q: I live outside of the United States, how much will my shipping costs be?

A: Free! All full-priced items are shipped around the world for free.
