Returns

United states returns

You may return any item(s) within 3 Days* of the arrival of your order for a Store Credit of the price of the item(s) that are being returned except any products marked "final sale" or “can not be returned”. Any products marked "final sale" or “can not be returned” are final sale items and are not returnable.

- All refunds are issued in a form of store credit.
- All returns will take up to 3 business days to process and issue to your online account.
- Store credit never expires.

To return your order, you MUST call us within 3 DAYS of the arrival of your order to receive a return authorization, and a pre-paid return shipping label.

All returns must be shipped back using our pre-paid return shipping label (NO returns will be accepted without our pre-paid return shipping label). The use of our return shipping label is FREE of charge and you do not have to pay for any return shipping cost.

When returning your item, carefully pack the item you wish to return and send it back to us, please write your order number on the outside of the box. Make sure to include your order identification number; if there are multiple items on your order, please detail which one you are returning to us. Please note: No returns will be accepted past the wear date even if you are within our 3 days return policy guideline.

- Item(s) must not be worn, altered, or washed and must be accompanied with all original tags.
- Footwear must be returned in its original condition and original box.
- We inspect all of our products before they leave our warehouse to make sure they are in mint condition.
- We do not accept items that are returned without original tags, any sort of pulls or snags on the fabric, missing stones or beads, or if they smell as if they have been worn.
- We will not accept any items with obvious signs of wear.
- Any item returned to us that does not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer’s address.

* Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving your pre-paid return shipping label, Any returns shipped back to us after 3 days of receiving your pre-paid return shipping label will not be accepted.
** Shipping charges are not refundable.
*** All final sale items are not returnable.

International returns

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, All returned items should be declared as a "Return of United State Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that don't have this mentioned on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees.

Any additional fees that may accrue upon the delivery of the item(s) that are being returned will be deducted from your store credit at the discretion of PROM OUTFITTERS.

* Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the arrival of your order, Any returns postmarked after 5 days of the arrival of your order will not be accepted.
** Shipping charges are not refundable.
